Reverend Ernest M. Harris was raised on a family farm in central Kentucky. Along with his parents and three brothers, the family raised cattle, corn and turkeys and were active members in the Allansville Baptist Church.
Reverend Harris received a B.A. from Cumberland College and his Masters from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Lousville, Kentucky.
Married to the former Sandy Six of Lancaster, Ohio, they are blessed with a son, a daughter and two Grandchildren.
During the early years of his ministry, our Pastor taught school and currently holds a part-time position at The Cove, The Billy Graham Training center located near Asheville, North Carolina,
He enjoys sailing and playing the violin and mountain dulcimer with the Friendship Dulcimer Club. He has twice traveled to Israel, preach a revival in Jamaica and took a mission trip to Haiti.
